Chicken n Dumplings


  • 3 Chicken Breast cooked, shredded & chopped
  • 3 Carrots, diced
  • 4 Celery stalks, small diced
  • 1/2 Onion, diced
  • 4 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 7 TBSP Butter
  • 6 TBSP Milk

Combine flour, butter, and milk until dough forms. Turn onto lightly floured surface; knead 3 times. ROLL out dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with a pizza cutter into 2-inch wide strips, then into 2-inch pieces; set aside.

Add Olive Oil, onion, carrots and celery to a large stock pot and cook on medium high until onions are transparent. Add the broth and shredded & chopped chicken to the pot and heat over medium high heat until simmering. Simmer on medium heat stirring every so often for 10 minutes. Add the dumplings to the mix and cook for another 15 minutes or until broth thickens.
